The purpose of these general conditions of sale is to define the methods of distance selling between the "L'AMUSÉE PARIS" brand on the one hand, and any natural person (hereinafter "the Customer") making a purchase on the Site. on the other hand. These are written in French. They specify in particular the various steps necessary for the placing of the order by the Customer, the terms of payment and delivery, and specify the follow-up of the Customer's order.
Price
The prices of the products applied are those communicated on the site and confirmed to the Customer during the validation of the order. They are indicated in euros, and include all taxes, excluding delivery costs; it being specified that the value added tax is that in force on metropolitan French territory on the day of validation of the order; which remains the responsibility of the Customer unless otherwise specified or specified.
The amount of the delivery costs are mentioned and calculated automatically in the Shopping Cart. The Products remain the property of the seller until full collection of the price by L'AMUSÉE PARIS.
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but we undertake to apply the prices indicated on the site at the time of your order. We inform you that in case of display of an erroneous price, obviously derisory (low price), whatever the reason (computer bug, manual error, technical error.), the order, even validated, will be canceled , which we will inform you of as soon as possible. You will then be able, if you wish, to place your order again at the corrected and exact price.
Order
L'AMUSÉE PARIS undertakes to honor orders received only within the limits of available stocks. If one or more products are not available, L'AMUSÉE PARIS undertakes to inform the Customer as soon as possible. L'AMUSÉE PARIS incurs no liability in the event of a shortage of stock or the unavailability of products. The products ordered remain the property of L'AMUSÉE PARIS until full payment thereof.
Order taking on the site is subject to compliance with the procedure set up by L'AMUSÉE PARIS on the site comprising successive stages leading to the validation of the order. The buyer wishing to buy a product or service must:
Step 1: the Customer adds the chosen products to his basket. Access to the basket is possible at any time to modify or validate it. The basket located at the top right of the screen informs the Customer that he has taken the selections into account by indicating the number of products it contains.
Step 2: the Customer checks the details of his basket, which he can modify at any time, and validates it. The total amount including tax of the order contains at this stage only the price due for the products. Delivery costs will be indicated later during the order validation process.
Step 3: the Customer creates his Customer account by entering his full contact details (delivery and billing details). Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory fields; it being specified that unless otherwise specified by the Customer, the billing address will automatically be the same as the delivery address.
Step 4: When validating the order summary, the Customer expressly accepts the general conditions of sale in force on the site.
Step 5: the Customer chooses his delivery method (the price varies according to the destination) then his method of payment. He is then redirected to the secure payment site where he enters his bank details if he has opted for payment by credit card. He can also, if he wishes, pay via the Paypal secure payment site. If the payment is accepted, the Customer will be redirected to an order confirmation screen on the Site. The placing of an order by the Customer implies full and unreserved acceptance by the latter of these general conditions of sale. Note that the Customer is debited at the time of validation of the order and not of its shipment.
Within one hour of placing the order, the Customer will receive an email confirming:

L'AMUSÉE PARIS reserves the right not to validate the order in the event of:
– abnormal orders with regard to the quantities ordered
– abnormal or abusive exchanges and returns
– existing dispute(s) with the Customer
– suspicious bank details provided
The details of the order are archived in accordance with article L.134-2 of the Consumer Code, for a period of ten years on a secure server. However, no credit card number is stored.
Payment
Payment by credit card
The price of the products purchased is payable in cash, in full on the day the order is placed by the Customer. Payment is made online, by credit card. The following payment cards are accepted: credit card, visa, Mastercard. The Customer's bank account corresponding to the bank card used for payment is debited on the day of the order confirmation by L'AMUSÉE PARIS. In the event of a payment default, an incorrect address or any other problem on the Customer's account, L'AMUSÉE PARIS reserves the right to block the Customer's order until the problem is resolved. All purchases made on the Site are protected and secure 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. By clicking on the bank card of their choice, the Customer is directed to the STRIPE secure payment site which incorporates the SSL security standard. When paying, the Customer indicates his card number, its expiry date and the cryptogram appearing on the back of his bank card. This data is automatically transmitted in encrypted mode (SSL protocol) to be verified in order to prevent abuse and fraud.
Payment by Paypal
The Customer also has the option of paying via the PAYPAL secure payment platform. In this case, the Customer will validate the conditions indicated on the Paypal page at the time of the transaction. After checking the bank details, Paypal will indicate whether the order has been validated or refused.
Payment by check
The L'AMUSÉE PARIS website gives Customers who do not have a bank card the possibility of paying by check. In this case, the Customer must send a letter to:

Delivery
L'AMUSÉE PARIS delivers all orders to mainland France, and according to specific conditions, worldwide. For all orders to be delivered in France and Europe, the carrier used is Chronopost. For all international deliveries, the carrier is Colissimo.
The delivery costs are:
– 10€ incl. tax for mainland France
– 20€ TTC for Europe and abroad
It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure, upon receipt of the items, their conformity. Any anomaly concerning the delivery such as:
– damaged package,
– missing products,
– deteriorated products,
– products not conforming to the order,

Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer. The Customer should take care of the packaging and protect the product well so that it is not damaged during transport. The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
Compliance
All our products offered for sale are original creations, they are those described on the site on the day of the consultation of the site by the user within the limit of available stocks. These products are updated automatically in real time. However, an error in the update, whatever its origin, does not engage the responsibility of L'AMUSÉE PARIS. The Customer may ask L'AMUSÉE PARIS:
– either to be delivered of a product identical to that ordered, within the limits of available stocks;
– either to be delivered of a product of equivalent quality and price, within the limits of available stocks;
– or to be reimbursed for the price of the product ordered. This refund will be made within 15 (fifteen) days of receipt by L'AMUSÉE PARIS of the returned item, by crediting the Customer's bank account used to pay for the order.
Feedback
In any case, the above provisions do not deprive the Customer of the possibility of exercising his right of withdrawal, as indicated in the article below. In accordance with article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the items ordered to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. . To return the product, all the customer has to do is fill in the “return or exchange form” with the reason for their return.
If the Customer exercises his right of withdrawal, L'AMUSÉE PARIS will immediately send an acknowledgment of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (for example, by email). Any item returned soiled and/or damaged by the Customer will not be taken back.
On the other hand, given the unique and personalized nature of the made-to-measure item, it cannot be returned or exchanged, in accordance with article L.121-20-2 of the Consumer Code (" The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, unless the parties have agreed otherwise, for contracts: […]3° For the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be redirected or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly ”).

force majeure

Responsibility
